We are an early-stage venture capital fund

INVESTMENT THESIS

To invest in seed-stage, B2B and Emerging Technologies companies solving real problems and creating large-scale impact.

Stage

Pre-Seed/ Seed. Pre-A if our stars are aligned. No later. Companies at idea/ prototype/ proof-of-concept stages. Pre-revenue is just fine.

Size

USD 0.5-1.5 mn first cheque. Sweet spot: USD 1 mn. Follow-on in subsequent rounds of up to USD 5 mn.

Sectors

Agnostic. Will look at most everything in B2B. (And most nothing in B2C). Keen on ClimateTech, InsurTech, SaaS and Creator Economy.

Geography

Strictly India-centric. Essential operations or ties must be in India. Not equipped to invest in geographies we don't understand.
